Grade II Hall Wilmslow

Working in very close proximity to one of Cheshire’s History Grade II listed buildings, bespoke builders Noble Projects have excavated below ground to a depth of 7m. This highly demanding civil engineering project was carefully carried out to ensure protection to this historic landmark building.

Provision of an advanced below ground car garage and leisure facility comprising of a swimming pool, gym, cinema room and spa. Above ground a contemporary and compassionate extension forms a day living space and kitchen.

Finished in brick that complements the hall, the extension has secret vehicle access doors and private courtyard glazing.
